I practiced all day to make sure I didn't need to think much about my movements when I am moving. I then went and met up with the rest. Vondal and Vandederp won at their fights - they have been talking about getting plate armour. Vorest came back calm and collected, and talked animatedly about the animals she saw - especially some flying snake.
