We continue on and we pass a female dwarf, drinking and singing on a donkey. She points at Vondal and declares him weak, and then at Vandederp and asks him for a wrestling match. Vandederp shrugs, agrees, and beats her handily. She gives him some money and she wanders off. Vandederp looks confused, and I must admit confusion as well.
We come upon Rothmar. Vondal and Vandederp trade in some of our treasures. We go to an inn, the Quiet Dragon.
While we eat, we hear farmers talk about the mysterious disappearance at the McLellan farm. It sounds like where we were yesterday, so Vondal explains that we were there and we think we killed the monsters that killed the family, so they should be able to rest easier. They thank us, and mention that there are families vanishing near Channethgate. Rumours of local warlords sending armies and they, too, are vanishing. When we ask of a house to look at, to see if we can tell if it is the Yuan'ti or not, they suggest a house a half day east, with a red door, the Jacobson's house.
